Kinsmen help honour Hometown Heroes

The Kinsmen Club of Yorkton has donated to fund the Yorkton Sports Hall of Fame to allow the Museum to become virtual.

The Sports Hall of Fame honours Yorkton's Home Town Heroes -- individuals and teams who have made their mark with achievements and contributions.  The Sports Museum has collected and catalogued more than 300 items related to sports in Yorkton dating back almost 100 years.  The virtual museum will allow you to bring you up close look at the entire collection.  They are in the process of getting all items online.

Learn about the rich sporting history of Yorkton, SK Canada. Since 1994, they have inducted 74 athletes and builders representing 29 sports, 17 teams in six sports, and five members of the media.
