Rules of Play

 Kinsmen Trip of the Month 2022 Rules and Regulations RR21-0230
1. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to purchase tickets.
2. Draws will be made on the dates listed each month live on GX94 Radio 120 Smith St. E., Yorkton Sk. S3N 3V3 at 7:35AM.
3. Winners will be contacted by phone and posted on the Yorkton Kinsmen Club website (www.yorktonkinsmen.com) as well as the Kinsmen Club of Yorkton Facebook page .
4. Only 600 tickets will be sold – 600 single tickets at $100 each, In the City of Yorkton and Area Only.
5. Only paid tickets are eligible for the respective draws.
6. All sales are final, no refunds will be given. The official ticket is a receipt of purchase
7. All tickets are eligible for all draws. Each ticket will be re-entered for each draw.
8. All members of the Kinsmen Club of Yorkton and immediate family members are eligible to purchase tickets.
9. Winners must select cash payout or travel prize within 3 months of being notified or winner agrees to accept the cash payout. Winners selecting travel prize will make firm bookings within 3 months of being notified or they agree to accept the cash payout. Travel must be taken within one year of draw date.
10. Prices are based on round-trip airfare or coach, and are for 2 adults. Prices were based on average trip values over a sample three month period. Any additional costs of trips over the stated value are the responsibility of the winner.
11. Reservations for trips are subject to availability at time of booking and blackout dates may apply. Winner may choose to upgrade accommodations or add additional days at their own expense.
12. Travel insurance and any additional surcharges (baggage fees, departure taxes, seating fees, resort fees etc.) if applicable are not included in the prize amount awarded.

14. If prize is unclaimed it will be held for one year., then donated to a Charitable Organization. Unclaimed prizes will be held for a period of one year in a secure location.

Kinsmen 50/50 Draw 2021 Rules and Regulations RR21-0231
1. The 50/50 lotto draw will be one draw with half of the ticket sales going to the winner. 50/50 tickets may be purchased independently of the trip of the month lotto raffle.
2. A maximum of 1,000 50/50 tickets will be sold at $20.00 each. Total Retail value 10,000 if sold out.
3. 50/50 tickets must be purchased in Saskatchewan only. You do not have to be a resident of Saskatchewan to win.
4. Participants must be 18 years of age to purchase tickets.
5. All members of the Kinsmen Club of Yorkton and immediate family members are eligible to purchase tickets. In the event of any questions please contact Sunil Shah @ 416-809-9278.
6. Draw will be made on 01/26/2022 at 7:35A.M. live on GX94 Radio,120 Smith St. E., Yorkton Sk. S3N 3V3.
7. Tickets will be placed in a draw drum and winning ticket will be randomly drawn.
8. If prize is unclaimed it will be held for one year., then donated to a Charitable Organization. Unclaimed prizes will be held for a period of one year in a secure location..
